REPORT:
“A Training on SDLC”- – A Guideline to the Academic project.
The Department of Computer Science has conducted a Webinar Workshop for 2 days to various UG/PG aspirants. The main vision of this webinar is to give guidance in choosing Academic Project and tips to become a Software developer. Through this webinar, Department of Computer science has enlighten Participants about the academic project and also in developing a bright career in Software field.

Day 1 Report:
First day of the webinar started at 10 AM with a welcome address by Ms Meena Jose Komban (HoD) and official message was delivered by Dr Tomy Antony (Principal, YIMS). Later the session was taken by the resource person Mr.Manikandan, CEO, Softroniics, Palakkad. He handled the topic: “SDLC- An Introduction” to participants (123 participants).
After the session, students asked their queries and the resource person had cleared all doubts. The first day of the webinar segment ended with a vote of thanks by Mr. Ramya R (Asst.Professor,Dept of CS),
Day 2 Report:
Second day of the webinar started at 10 AM with a welcome speech by Ms Keerthika M (Asst.Professor,Dept of CS) and official message by Rev.Dr Lalu Olikkal (Vice Principal, YIMS). After which the session was handled by the resource person Ms.Sruthi Gireeshan, Project Head, Softroniics, Mr.Reshmin, Team Lead, Softroniics &Mr. Jijosh, Senior Developer, Softroniics. They dealt on the topic “SDLC & Real world Examples” to the Particpants (126 participants).
After the session, students have cleared their doubts about regarding the topic. At last we concluded the session with a vote of thanks by Mr. Anilkumar B, Assistant Professor.
