Yuvajothi, the Hindi Club in Yuvaks
hetra college celebrated the 138th Premchand Jayanthi, paying tribute to one of the greatest writers in the field of Hindi Literature, Munshi Premchand. The function was organized on 31 July 2018 at 1.30 pm in the Sophia Theatre, Christ Hill Block, Yuvakshetra campus. The programme was officially inaugurated by Dr. Suma I, Assistant Professor, Department of Hindi, Government Victoria College, Palakkad. Dr. Tomy Antony, the Principal, YIMS presided over the function and Rev. Fr. Dr. Lalu Olikkal, the Vice Principal extended the felicitations. Ms. Aswathi V S, Assistant Professor welcomed the gathering and Ms. Sreelaya, Student Representative proposed the vote of thanks. The official function was followed by an academic session for the students of Yuvakshetra handled by the chief guest, Dr. Suma.
