“Kerala Piravi day†was celebrated elegantly in YIMS on 1st November, 2016(Tuesday) to mark the 60th anniversary of the formation of the state of Kerala, also known as “Gods Own Countryâ€.
The symphony auditorium were the celebrations were held, was given an ambience depicting the tradition and aura of the beautiful state of Kerala.
The celebration began with a medley of classical folk and songs of Kerala, martial arts and a fashion show displaying the culture of Kerala donned by different people of different occasions.
