The Department of Hotel Management conducted the Alumni meet-Rendezvous’ 2020 for the Alumni of the department, around the globe. The event was conducted on 12th November 2020, Thursday through Google meet platform, and it was scheduled from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
The Alumni Meet is organized every year by the department to strengthen the bond between the institution and the students who are employed in different parts of the world. This year the department of Hotel Management had organized the Alumni meet through online platform. The Session began with a formal welcoming of the Alumni’s by Mr.Vinod M.R (H.OD I/C), followed by inaugural message from the Principal Dr.Tomy Antony. The felicitation was done by the Vice Principal Rev.Dr. Lalu Olikkal followed by a motivation talk from Asst. Director Rev.Fr. Shyju Pariyath.
The entire Alumni’s shared their experience at Yuvakshetra and their journey to their current positions. Students employed in different countries like U.S.A, U.K, Japan, U.A.E etc… participated and shared their experience.
