Admission Details

The admission to UG  Honours (FYUGP) & PG programme (2025-26 Academic year) of Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies(YIMS) is opened.

• Those candidates who are “Eligible for Higher Studies” as per the Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or a pass in the equivalent examinations is the minimum criteria for admission to degree programmes unless otherwise specified. However, candidates who have qualified for the HSE and VHSE of the Government of Kerala under the ‘SAY’ scheme and Compartmental Examination of CBSE are also eligible for admission.
• Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies will send emails regarding the application process from ‘no-reply YIMS’ or the domain www.yuvakshetra.org. Please note that admission confirmation will be sent only to selected candidates for interviews.
• The application fee for both UG & PG programs is Rs. 500/- The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Candidates seeking admission in the Merit Quota (UG/P/G programs) should register their names through the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) of Calicut University, Calicut. It is mandatory for candidates to carefully review the university’s prospectus and acquaint themselves with all relevant information pertaining to the admission process.
• Students seeking admissions in the Management Quota should submit separate application through college website (www.yuvakshetra.org)
• Prior to saving the application form at any stage, please ensure that all pages are filled with complete and accurate details.
• Online registration of an application does not guarantee admission. Selection of candidates for admission will adhere to government norms, university regulations, and additional criteria (50% based on merit and 50% through management). Intimation messages will be sent via email, and details will also be available on the notice board and the college website. Applicants must stay in contact with the college office for interview and admission updates. During the interview, the applicant must be accompanied by a parent and provide relevant documents.
