The committee ensures the integrity, efficiency, and smooth operation of the examination process, thus enhancing academic assessment and fulfilling institutional standards.

- To conduct examinations fairly and transparently.
- To ensure timely communication of results to students and parents.
- To align question papers with Bloom’s Taxonomy and meet Course Outcomes (CO) and Program Specific Outcomes (PSO).
- Timetable Setting:
Develop and publish examination schedules well in advance to facilitate student and faculty preparation. - Seating Arrangement:
Create and communicate seating plans for examinations to prevent confusion and ensure an orderly process. - Invigilation Duty:
Assign and train invigilators for each examination to uphold examination integrity. - Question Paper Setting:
- Design question papers according to Bloom’s Taxonomy, ensuring a range of cognitive skills are assessed.
- Ensure alignment with CO and PSO for proper mapping.
- Approval Process for Question Papers:
The hierarchy for question paper approval will be:
- Mentor
- Head of Department (HOD)
- Additional Examiner/ Superintendent
- Chief Examiner (Principal)
A formal approval format will be established to streamline this process.
- Internal Examinations:
Schedule and conduct internal examinations timely, with clearly defined dates for exams, correction, and return of answer sheets. - Mark Distribution:
Systematically calculate and convey marks to students and parents following the completion of assessments. - Mail ID Creation:
Establish an email ID for the Examination Committee to manage all communications related to exams. - Dispatch Format:
Maintain a proper dispatch format for all communications regarding examination schedules, results, and other relevant information.
- Chief Examiner: Responsible for the final review and approval of question papers, coordination of the examination process, and addressing any arising issues.
- Additional Examiner: The additional examiner assists in reviewing and evaluating question papers, ensuring they meet the required standards, and provides feedback to the chief examiner.
- Convenor: A senior faculty member who will lead the committee and oversee its function
- Members: Faculty members from various departments to provide diverse perspectives and expertise
- Invigilators: Faculty members assigned to supervise exams, ensuring adherence to examination policies.
