AAA Committee

Academic and Administrative Audit Committee

The Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) Committee at YIMS is instrumental in maintaining continuous assessment and improvement of institutional quality. AAA is a structured evaluation process that measures the efficiency and effectiveness of academic programs, administrative operations, and overall institutional performance. The Committee conducts periodic reviews to assess the academic programs, governance, and infrastructure. Utilizing a peer review approach, the audit involves departmental self-assessment and an external evaluation by experts from both within and outside the institution. This comprehensive process aids in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges (SWOC) to foster institutional growth and development.

  • The primary objectives of the AAA Committee include:
✔ Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of academic programs and administrative practices.
✔ Reviewing institutional infrastructure, policies, and human resource utilization.
✔ Enhancing accountability and transparency in academic and administrative operations.
✔ Providing recommendations for continuous improvement based on audit findings.
✔ Aligning institutional goals with national and global quality benchmarks.
