Panel Discussion and Paper Presentation.
● It is a team event ● Competition is for High School and Higher Secondary Students Separately. ● The team consists maximum of 5 to 6 members including moderator and presenter. ● Papers must be submitted on or before 23 rd January to bba.yims@gmail.com and will be published. ● Cash prize and trophies will be provided for winners. The participants have to pass the initial round and after qualifying this round a topic will be given. They have to talk for a minute. Prizes are fixed accordingly.

Students can present a innovative business idea and they can spend 3 minutes on stage presenting a business ideas. Two to three teams are allowed from a School. Based on the innovative product/business ideas prizes will be awarded.

“The Interstellar Alchemy- Chemistry in Space Exploration”
Theme: Chemistry in Space Exploration ● Eligibility: Category I: High school Level – Open to students enrolled in grades 8,9,10. ● Partial images of 3 renowned personalities will be displayed as printed visuals. ● It is for high school and higher secondary students ● The game is set for individual participation. ● Each school can enter maximum of 4 number of participants. ● Participants are allowed a time limit of maximum 10 minutes. ● Participants have to examine the partial picture provided and correctly identify the personality associated with it. ● Alongside the partial images, brief clues or facts about the personalities might be displayed to assist in the identification process. ● Participants can submit their answers through the answer sheets provided by the game hosts. ● Winners are decided by drawing lots from the correct answer sheets. ● Participants should write the answers only in the sheets provided by the game host. ● Use of Mobile Phones and similar electronic items are not allowed. Venture Vision is an engaging game designed for school students to foster creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills. The goal is to develop a new venture idea within a specified budget while considering various business aspects. Setup & Game play: It is mainly for higher secondary students. One Group of 2 to 5 students from a school can participate. Provide each team with a specific starting budget ( play money) Each team selects a team leader and takes turns drawing a Venture Vision card. The card will present a scenario, challenge, opportunity, or resource that the team must consider in developing their venture idea. Teams have a set amount of time (e.g: 15 minutes) to brain storm and outline their venture idea. After the brainstorming session, teams present their ideas to the other groups, explaining how they plan to utilize their budget to address the card’s content.
● Teams must stay within the specified budget throughout the game. ● Venture Vision cards present challenges, opportunities, and resources that must be incorporated into the venture idea. ● Encourage creativity and innovative thinking in the development of the venture ideas. ● The winning team is determined based on the success and feasibility of their venture idea. Your poster should reflect the essence of the theme. Clarity and Simplicity: Keep your poster design clear and simple. Avoid clutter and ensure that the main message is easily understood at a glance. Eye-Catching Title: Create a catchy and meaningful title. Use fonts and colors that are easy to read from a distance. Visual Elements: Incorporate relevant and eye-catching visuals, such as images, illustrations, or graphics. Ensure that these elements enhance the overall message. Color Scheme: Choose a cohesive color scheme that complements the theme and is visually appealing. Be mindful of the contrast between text and background colors to ensure readability. Balance and Alignment: Maintain a balance between text and visuals. Ensure proper alignment of elements to create a visually pleasing composition. Size and Format: Verify the size and format requirements for the competition. Ensure your poster meets these specifications to avoid disqualification. Relevance: Ensure that every element on the poster contributes to the overall message and theme. Avoid unnecessary or distracting elements. Submission Guidelines: Adhere to the competition’s submission guidelines. This includes deadlines, format requirements, and any specific instructions provided by the organizers. Eligibility: Students enrolled in classes 8 through 12 are eligible to take part in the competition. Team Composition: Each team should comprise a maximum of two students, and there is no limit on the number of teams that can participate from a school. Working Model Guidelines: Theme: The working model should demonstrate a scientific principle or concept. The theme is open, allowing creativity and innovation. Originality: All working models must be original creations of the participants. Materials: Participants are responsible for bringing their own materials and tools for assembling the working model. Any hazardous substances must be pre-approved by the organizers. Safety Precautions: Ensure that safety precautions are taken during the setup and demonstration of the working model. Participants are responsible for their safety and the safety of others. Time Limit: Each team is allocated a presentation time of 6 minutes. It is essential to strictly adhere to this time limit. Components: The presentation should incorporate a brief explanation of the scientific principle or concept, outlining the purpose of the working model and discussing its real-world applications. Judging Criteria: Models will be evaluated based on creativity, scientific accuracy, presentation skills, and the overall impact. Still Models Competition: Theme: Still models should represent a scientific theme or concept visually. Creativity is encouraged. Materials: Models can be constructed using a variety of materials, such as clay, paper, cardboard, etc. The use of non-biodegradable materials is not acceptable. Size restrictions: The models must be set up within the dimensions of 150cm x 150cm x 100cm. Presentation: A short written explanation or a poster explaining the scientific concept behind the still model is required. General Rules: Behavior: Participants are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior and sportsmanship throughout the competition. Decision: Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
