Live International Webinar on the topics “ Un Wined with a Glass of Wine” conducted on 25th August 2020 by the Department of Hotel Management
On the second day of webinar, the session began with welcome note from our Vive-Principal Rev.Dr.Lalu Olikkal who delivered his welcome message in Italian language.
The session began with a talk on usage of Wines around the world, Mr.Neville explained about different varieties of Wines from different regions of the world.
He demonstrated few bottles of the famous brands of Wine, and explained how to taste them considering all its specifications like reading the wine label, smelling the cork sensing the aroma of wine and how to taste the wine. The students were given time to clear their doubts about wines.
206 students from the Department of Hotel Management participated in the live webinar session via Google meet platform. The session wound up with vote of thanks from our Faculty Chef Vinod M.R.
Feedback forms were circulated among the students via e-mail and e-certificates were offered to all the participants.
