Yuvakshetra Institute of management studies has a wonderful team behind as the feedback committee. The college has a well defined feedback system in place of taking feedbacks from students, teachers, parents and alumni once a year. The step by step process of feedback analysis done by the college is quite interesting. These feedbacks are collected, then summarized and analyzed for rectifying errors and to take corrective measures so that further similar programmes can be crafted perfectly avoiding the mistakes of the past. Feedback is important because it gives people an opportunity to improve their performance. Telling people what steps to follow or what factual knowledge they’re lacking can be truly useful. They are essentials after every program as they are beneficial to understand the flaws (if any), so that it can be avoided in future. This program significantly increases the interaction of students with the institution as it provides an opportunity for them to speak out their problems and difficulties which they face inside the college.
