The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted to effectively address and resolve complaints pertaining to sexual harassment in the workplace at Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies, Ezhakkad. Upon receiving a complaint, the ICC initiates a preliminary inquiry to determine the veracity of the allegations. This involves collecting relevant documentary evidence and recording statements from potential witnesses, including the complainant. After completing the preliminary inquiry, the ICC submits a report to the Principal.
